A 2-storey barn / garage. Similar to the A9 barn, though more spatious. This project can house several vehicles, as well as providing an enclosed space for it. Architecturally traditional and simple with a bit of traditional carpentry accents. A multifunctional project for the countryside home or farm house.
Barn floor plans
The first floor mainly serves as a carport for vehicles up to 2,7 m in height, therefore multifunctional. A bathroom and storage space is provided on the right wing of the construction.
The second floor serves as a guest house/flat, consisting of an open-plan kitchen and living room, as well as a double bedroom on the further end of the shed. The kitchen area design is visible through the exterior of the roof construction as well, accentuating the zone and ensuring daylight.
