A two-story timber frame guest cabin with a sauna for up to four people and a bedroom area with a separate entrance through an exterior stairway. A typical country-side sauna building with a traditional touch.
On the 1st floor a living area is located, leading up to a sauna and washroom next to it. A central fireplace as heating for both the sauna and living room, as well as the 2nd floor.
The 2nd floor sleeps up to 4 people, providing a separate entrance for privacy and acoustic separation from the 1st floor. The roof overhangs the terrace extension.

The price for the solid timber frame structure - € 9,944 (excl VAT) EXW factory, based on the configuration shown in the last illustration.
The structure is designed for installation on strip foundations. Wall cladding, roofing, and other finishing elements should be selected according to your preferences within the project scope, or to match existing buildings. Quantities and details are available upon request and are included in the project package, which also contains foundation and floor plans, elevations, sections, and more.
