The first floor consists of two entries – and additional entry from the terrace side. The main entryway has a dressing area and a washroom next to it, followed by a bedroom. Then follows an open-plan kitchen and living-space, visually oriented to a spatious terrace.
Coming up to the second floor – a cozy living room and a double bedroom next to the staircase. The additional living space allows for spatial seperation in case of housing guests upstairs.
