A two-storey timber frame cabin, houses 4-6 people. A two-slope roof construction with traditional design carpentry – columns, window frames and roof drainage elements. A terrace extension for outdoor leisure.
The entrance to the 1st floor is organized from the side of the terrace extension. It leads to an entrance area, facing a spiral stairway, leading up to the 2nd floor. On the left of the entrance is a kitchen and a washroom with a walk-through wardrobe. On the right – a living room combined with a dining area and a central fireplace.
The 2nd floor sleeps up to four people, the plan divided in two functionally – a master bedroom area and a double bedroom area with additional space in between.

The price for the solid timber frame structure - €13,603 (excl VAT), EXW factory, based on the configuration shown in the last illustration.
The structure is designed for installation on strip foundations. Wall cladding, roofing, and other finishing elements should be selected according to your preferences within the project scope, or to match existing buildings. Quantities and details are available upon request and are included in the project package, which also contains foundation and floor plans, elevations, sections, and more.
